An AI workshop for business works best when people leave with something they'll use the next day. Our workshops are hands-on from the start. Everyone works on their own tasks, saves the prompts that work, and leaves with a shared set of workflows.
Workshops are one of several formats in our AI training for businesses. They're a good way to get a whole team to the same starting point, especially before or after rolling out new systems on the ClientPro.ai platform.
Choosing an AI Workshop Format for Your Business
We offer three general formats. The right one depends on your goals, team size, and how much time you can pull people away from customers. We help you choose during planning.
Whatever the format, the content is built around your business. We ask for a few real tasks and examples ahead of time so practice feels like work, not a classroom exercise. Tool choice is vendor-neutral: we teach with the AI assistants your team already uses, such as ChatGPT or Claude.
| Format | Best for | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| AI lunch and learn | A first taste, building curiosity | What AI can and can't do, live demos, a few quick wins |
| Half-day workshop | Teams ready to start using AI daily | Foundations, prompting method, hands-on role workflows |
| Full-day workshop | Teams that want depth and a finished prompt library | Everything in half-day plus deeper workflows, policy, and planning |
The AI Lunch and Learn
A lunch and learn is the lightest option. It's designed to answer the questions people are too busy to research: what these tools actually are, what they're good at, and where they fail.
We run live demos using tasks from your business, then have everyone try a couple of quick workflows. It's a good fit for teams that are skeptical or new to AI, and often leads to a longer session once people see what's possible.
Because it's short, a lunch and learn works well as a recurring event too. Some teams use it to share new prompts and wins with each other every so often, which keeps AI skills growing without scheduling a bigger session.
The Half-Day AI Team Workshop
The half-day format is our most common. It moves from foundations to practice quickly, so people spend most of their time working rather than listening. A typical agenda looks like this:
By the end of a half-day session, each person should have at least a few workflows they can use the next morning, and the team should share a common language for talking about AI. That shared starting point makes every later step, from new tools to deeper training, easier to roll out.
- Foundations
How AI assistants work, where they're strong, and why they sometimes make things up. - Prompting method
The role, task, context, and format framework from our prompt engineering for business guide. - Hands-on practice
Everyone works on real tasks from their role with coaching. - Responsible use
What data stays out of AI tools, how to verify output, and when to disclose AI use. - Share and save
The best prompts go into a shared library for the team.
The Full-Day AI Workshop
A full day adds depth. After the half-day content, the afternoon is spent on role breakouts and planning. Teams build out workflows for each department, draft or refine an AI use policy, and identify the next processes worth improving.
Many full-day workshops end with a short planning session led by the owner: which workflows the team commits to trying, who champions each one, and how progress will be checked. That turns the workshop into the start of real change instead of a one-time event.
If your team is also adopting new systems, we can include a segment on the specific tools you'll use, such as the unified inbox or AI Employee, so the workshop connects directly to implementation.
What Attendees Should Bring
We'll send prep instructions ahead of time so nobody spends the first hour setting up accounts.
- A laptop with access to the AI tools your company uses
- Two or three real tasks they do regularly, with sensitive information removed
- Examples of past emails, messages, or documents that show the company's tone
- Questions or concerns about AI they want answered
After the Workshop
Workshops create momentum, and momentum fades without follow-through. We recommend naming an internal champion, sharing wins in team meetings, and scheduling a follow-up session to handle questions that come up once people use AI daily.
For teams that want to go further, role-based AI training for employees builds on the workshop with deeper sessions by job function. Leaders can add executive AI training focused on strategy and risk. And our guide on AI change management covers how to keep new habits from slipping.
Frequently asked questions
How many people can attend a workshop?
Workshops work for small teams and larger groups. Hands-on practice is easier to coach in smaller groups, so larger teams may be split into sessions.
Are workshops live or recorded?
Live, so people can practice and ask questions. Recorded materials can supplement the session for review or new hires.
Can the workshop focus on one tool?
Yes. We can build a workshop around ChatGPT, Claude, the ClientPro.ai platform, or a mix, depending on what your team uses.
What does a workshop cost?
It depends on format, group size, and customization. Our AI training cost guide explains common pricing models.
